Chapter Thirteen

Fifteen years ago

Inside the temple of Kini-Nui the six Turaga are trying to figure out what to do with the human child that the Toa had found.  But when they uncovered the little baby, they were shock at what they had saw, and wondered how it was possible.  "This can't be" Turaga Nokama said in a shocked voice.

"How is this even possible?" Turaga Onewa asked very confused.

"Very easy… that is with the right human female" said a voice.

All the Turaga turned only stare at a Toa in a dark red cape with golden eyes, and gold rome on his mask.  "Who are you? and what brings you to our island?" Turaga Vakama asked in a harsh tone.

"I am Obayana King of the Toa, and that child belongs to me… now if you would kindly hand over the child, and I'll be on my merry way."

Vakama looked down at the child, then back up at the Toa, and out of no where had a vision into the future of when the child was grown up.  It was a horrible future that is too graphic for yo younger viewers to even read.  Vakama took a step a back and looked down at the innocent child once more, and did something that even shocked the other Turagas.  
"I'm afraid you're too late for claiming your child Toa" Vakama said as he picked up the little baby, "Toa Tahu Nuva had already claimed to take care of her, and wants the Turaga's approval."

This news made Obayana very upset, but he dared not to show his out burst in front of six Turaga's, and so came up with a plan on his own.  "Fine, if that is the case" Obayana said as he took out a neckless in shape of a great fiery bird (Which to them looks like a strange gako bird) and tossed it to the nearest Turaga (which was Matau), "then make sure you turn her into a toa before her sixteenth birthday, and this is not the last you'll see of me."

With that Obayana transformed into a ruby spear, and flew off into the distance.  Vakama took a deep sigh of relief, but now he had to explain to his fellow Turaga's why he did what he did.  "Are you mad!" Onewa said very angry that the fearless leader had done what he just did moments ago, "Toa Tahu knows nothing about taking care of a child, never less a half human baby!"

"Calm down Onewa" Whenua spoke in a soft voice.

"I will not calm down!" said Onewa has he slammed his hammer staff on the ground, "we had no right in keeping a child from her rightful…"

"That is enough Onewa!" Vakama spoke in a harsh voice, "that Toa is not suited to care for his own child."

"Would this having to do with the vision you just had Vakama?" asked Nokama.

Vakama took a deep breath before he could replay to the water Turaga, and with out knowing it held the little baby girl closer to him.  "Indeed I did Nokama" Vakama said with a hint of sadness in his voice, "It was a horrible vision of the child being as ruthless as her father… and I could not bare for that vision to come to past."

The rest of the Turaga's were shocked to hear what Vakama had to say, and they all decided to allow Toa Tahu to take care of the half human child.  But with out telling the Toa that the child was half half human, and half biomecian.  SO they ended the meet, and Vakama took the child with him back to his village.  With out them noticing another being was there keeping watch over them as they went there separate ways, before transforming into a beautiful unknown bird, and took to the sky.

Present day

Early that morning in Le-koro, Turaga Matua, was heading out on his rout around the village when suddenly he heard someone called out his name.  "Turaga Matua" said Lewa as he landed in front of his Turaga with a worry look on his face, "It's Aiko she's gone-dissapeard, and I can't find-see her anywhere."

This just made the Turaga sick to his stomach, "we got to hurry-find her before…"

"Lewa" said familiar friendly voice behind said Toa.

Lewa turned around to see the happy face of Pohatu Nuva, and he knew that everything would go down hill from here.  "Pohatu" Lewa said with a shaky voice, "what brings you here in high-village of Le-Koro?"

"Well I was told by one of my matoran that they saw a figure that looks like a Toa" Pohatu began his tale, "so I was trying to find out who this being is, but every time I could ever get close the figure somehow keeps moving away, and before I knew it I ended up here in Le-Koro."

"Another Toa-Hero figure?" Lewa said confussed.

"Yah" Pohatu said with a nod before his mind brought him somewhere else, "by the way… who is this her you need to find?"

Lewa and Turaga Matua were trying to come up with the answer, but didn't come up with one at all.  "I-It's Aiko…" Lewa said in a sad voice.

"What" Pohatu said his voice sounded a little exsitted, "she here in Le-Koro?"

"She was… but I fear-worry that something got a hold-grab her, and now she gone-disspared."

"You lost her!" said another familiar voice.

Pohatu looked behindd him, and saw a worry look on the Toa of Light as he, Gali, and Onua came up to them, and knew that there's going to be a whole lot of explaining to do.

Mean while at the deepest part of the jungle.

Todi had placed Aiko on a alter, and left to get his item so that he can begin his ritual.  What Todi didn't know was that he had been fallowed by another spear spirit, and will soon learn the hard way of stealing souls from human girls.  The spear spirit that had fallowed Todi quietly got in, and went over to where the young teen was sleeping.  He lifted her up and quietly set her down somewhere safe.  Once when Todi was done putting together the finishing touches of his ritual soul steal, he turned around, and instead of seeing his latest victim he saw his worst fear coming to life.  "Huritt" Todi said in a fearful voice.

"Hello brother" Huritt said as he stood in front of the alter, "missed me?"

"B-but how… your sappose to be dead by now."

"Me dead, ha, don't be a fool brother" Huritt said as he went over to a water fountain not too far from the alter, "have you forgotten that I can survive anywhere."

"Even so… you are not allowed anywhere near us" Todi said a he set his items down, and reached inside his robe to grab his dagger.

Huritt grabbed a cup, and scoop up some water so he can wake the girl up.  "And you should know not to steal the soul of your foolish king" Huritt pointed out as he went back over to where he hide the girl, "and I think you should be payed for what you did."

He splash the girl with the cup of water, and she had recover from her slumber.  Aiko whipped her face, and the first thing she saw a some sort of clothing.  She then started to look up till her eyes met with a mask of a Toa, before she knew it said Toa lifted her, and now she was face another Toa.  'What's going on?' she wondered, 'where am I? how did I get here?'

"Take my weapon, and beat the crap out of my brother child" Huritt said to Aiko as he placed a great staff in her hands, "and try not to kill him, or else I'll never hear the end of it."

"You can't be serious Huritt" Todi said nervously.

"Oh I'm very series brother" Huritt replayed as he secretly placed a mark on the back of Aiko's neck, "someone has to punish you for stealing the soul of Sugmuk's love, and trying to steal this human girl's soul as well."

'So this is Todi that Sugmuk said to steal his Love away' Aiko thought to herself, 'guess I got no choice now… I gotta fight him to get my third spear, and maybe I can get Sugmuk's lover back.'

With out hesitation Aiko took the first strike at Todi, but unfortonutly Todi, quickly dodged her attack.  "Please, don't hurt me" Todi said as he dodged another attack, "I'm very fragile."

The more Aiko tried to stoke at Todi, he would alway dodge her attack, and Aiko was getting frustrated.  'How can I hit him if he keeps moving like that?' Aiko thought.

Just as thing was going bad for Aiko, suddenly a flash of light struck Todi, and Huritt was at Aiko's side covering her eyes from the light.  Todi then fell on his knees out of the blindness of the light that had came out of nowhere.  "I had quite enough of this" said a harsh yet gentle voice.

Huritt uncovered Aiko's eyes, and Aiko was now staring up a figure who was surrounded by light.  It was very hard to see who this being was, but some how in some way Aiko felt something in her heart that was telling her that she knows that being from somewhere.  "Your highness" Huritt said bowing down at the being.

'Highness?' Aiko thought as she continued to stare at the being.

Todi had just recover his eye sight, and was about to say something, but was silent when he saw the being with his own eyes.  "Q-Queen Luna…" Todi said with fear in his voice, "I-It's not possibly…"

"Todi" said Queen Luna, "you have caused enough trouble with trying to steal the souls of Le-Koro and your own brother's lover, but trying to steal from a young child I will not stand…  for your punishment you will return the soul you took from your brother's lover, and you will aid the child in her quest."

"B-but that soul belongs to me…"

"Do as she said Todi!" Huritt said looking at Todi with a death glare.

Todi looked at the out cast Toa, and summoned the Lilac soul.  "Return to your body at the alter in Ga-Wahi" Todi command her, and watched his prize fly away.

"Now transform in to your spear form, and join the child" Queen Luna commanded.

Todi grumbled to himself, then transformed into the emerald spear, and went into the necklace that Aiko was wearing.  'Wow, she commanded a spear spirit to do as she wants' Aiko though.

"Aiko" spoke Queen Luna in a much softer voice, "you now have two spear spirit to get before you have to face…"

"Queen Luna" Huritt interrupted, "I'm sorry to interrupt, but (Cover's Aiko's ears) she doesn't know that Obayana is her father."

"I know" Luna said in a low voice, "but I suppose if anyone should tell her the truth it's you."

Huritt Nodded at the Queen, and uncover Aiko's ears.  "Okay kid listen up, I'll take you back to Le-Koro to recover from this adventure" Huritt said as he turned Aiko to face him, "and after that head to Ko-Koro to meet up with the third Triforce Toa."

"Triforce Toa?" Aiko said very confused.

"Ask Maiara about" Huritt said with a smile, "after all she is the Triforce Toa of Wisedome."

Huritt pick Aiko up, bowed once more to his Queen, and was now off back to Le-Koro.  "Wait so your not joining me on my quest?" Aiko asked as Huritt jumped from tree to tree.

"Nope" Huritt replayed, "not after you get the spear spirit of Courage."

Aiko wanted to ask more, but decided to keep quite till they reached the village of Le-Koro.  'At least I have a story to tell to Lewa and Matua' she thought to herself, 'I wonder if Takanuva caught up yet?'

Back in Le-Koro in Turaga Matua's hut

"This is very bad" Takanuva said as he paced back and forth in the the Turaga's hut, "Tahu is going to kill me for losing Aiko."

They were going to tell the Toa of Light to calm down, but knew that it wouldn't help them much, and just kept quite.  After watching the Toa of Light paced around, and freaking out on the situation something amazing happened.  A loud thud was heard in front of the door, and in came the familiar human girl.  "Aiko" They all said surprise to see the human girl still in one pice.

Aiko just smiled at them, and knew that a lecture from Takanuva was going to be a long one.  But hey she was used to stuff like that from her Toa brother, so why should this be any different.
